I think the cycling forum isn't about cycling as it was, hence the split. Current Affairs and Debate attitude seems to have wandered over into just about everywhere else. ie everything descends into a slanging match &/or being taken off topic/hijacked.
Asking a how should a helmet be worn(on the head being the best place) would be safer start.

Today I'm mainly going to be spending time on planning lectures. I'm still not getting the hang of it.

What is it you're struggling with? Content? Structure?

Have a think about what you'd expect to learn from a lecture on a subject - I mean obviously, you wouldn't know what you were going to learn, because you don't know it yet, but generally, what would you come away from thinking "Oh, good, I know the right stuff now".

Did someone mention ? I've accidentally failed to go out with my cycling group this morning due to lots and lots and lots of with added thunder, not to mention a headache, but I have been busy and put a bunny in the slow cooker.

Strangely, so does mine. I currently have a pot in the kitchen staying nice and warm under my chicken tea cosy while I drink my 1st cup. The second cup of lovely girly grey I shall take out and feed to my bike.
