I'm back from my ride.....37 miles on the usual route to Hertford and back. was out and a wonderful NE wind which blew me back home

In Hertford I stopped at Cafe Rouge for coffee and cake. I sat in the sun and was very reluctant to cycle back.......beautiful, beautiful - I'm glad to be alive

Might try a head out that way myself this afternoon.

According to the epicentre of knowledge, understanding, and truth, Wikipedia tells me I share the same Birthday as Mr Knees. Although possibly a tad younger than I. *cough* . Before anyone says it, I suspect this is about all we share.....

I have a very happy derrière after a ride on a Most Comfortable Saddle, a Fizit Vesta on loan from my LBS. An order has been placed for one of my own and the LBS is letting me keep the demo saddle til it arrives.
