Tea? (Part 2)

3 pints of tea down the hatch since 6am, now on coffee.

Cloudy now though sunrise was pretty. Met Office fast on its way to losing its status as my most reliable forecast - the map says rain, the text forecast says dry. Yesterday it said rain from mid-afternoon. Which is why it started at lunchtime. I don't mind if they don't know, I'd just like them to be honest and say so.

Do you do the same route each time or plan each ride so it comes in at 37 miles for some weird reason that only makes sense to you?

I have also finally re-started my diet, I'm still not sure what it is though, maybe a 2-5 fast diet like what wolly was supposed to be doing but got confused with, she thought you only had to 'fast' for 2 days per year Mine is 5 fast days and 2 normal days per week

Possibly six weeks, might be seven. I am, however, eating less on "normal" days. For instance, no chocolate, no crisps and no alcohol.
