Today, all my team have decided to revert to being toddlers, my boss has had a strop on, I cycled home into a gale, on a fixie, caught my trousers in the chain ring and ripped them, plus I made a cock up with a job and scrapped about 4 hours work and £100 of copper.

Very sad - IMO, we need more engineering companies not fewer...

Usual story, cheaper to buy abroad. The strange thing is, it costs less to ship things in from China than it is to buy from this country, and delivery is more reliable!

The weather here is dreadful, warm but so windy. I did worry about TVC riding home in this, I struggled to walk and being on a bike you are easy picking for a very strong gust.
