Hey, stop all this training lark youJust got back from a nice 25 mile ride, didn't need my jacket or longs but did need a gillet and arm and leg warmers but warmer than yesterday and no snow.

We should have some cake to celebrate your returnNah, just been busy and couldn't remember my password after 2 weeks!
We've been out walking around Trafford Park industrial estate taking photographs of the old railway network. Between us we took over 300 photos, some duplicated.
It will be a good record of stuff for when it is finally all ripped up and scrapped but also it is inspiration for our model rail layout.
I take Arch to all the best places.![]()
It is quite an odd feeling wondering down the middle of a railway track. Driving away after I also found myself nearly stopping at the lines near junctions to give way in case a train was coming! There's something rather daring about walking along down the middle of a railway line, even when you know the ends aren't joined up to anything any more.
We could call it 4mm across as they were around 10" IRL and so a scale 3.3mmView attachment 21569
NT reckons, at OO, those will be 3mm across. I think the gauntlet is down for me to make them...
