I'm just back from a 6 mile run. My first run in over a year, yippie

I keep looking at the local parkrun as a possible way of getting back to doing some gentle jogging, 5k seems an awfully long way though never mind 6 miles

......I think we need some diet advice from an expert. I'm stuck on 13 stone and can't shift any more weight. Can you recommend anyone?

There's an easy but painful way to lose a stone...providing you can cope with crutches.

My helicopter is coming along rocky.

At the start if yesterday evening it was all in bits in this box

I'm back.

We have a prototype transformer to get done, if the customer goes for it, it will increase the company turnover by 10% and guarantee a good few jobs. My bit is done now (successfully obviously ) so it's someone else's turn to work all hours now
