And too damn young - he's 6' 2" (an inch taller than me) but only weighs just over 10 stone! (Article)

I was at my skinniest ever when I finished university and I still weighed 10 st 10 lbs! I didn't stay like that for long ...

I got back down to 11 st 10 lbs in the early 2000s and it was too low. I reckon 12 st 4 lbs to 12 st 7 lbs is my ideal weight.
