Last weekend TVC's lovely brother gave us 2 bottles of wine, 1 red and 1 white, which should we drink first? After the 2nd bottle of beer obviously.
These past 2 weeks have been pretty hectic, working long hours, TVC is on his feet all day and is pretty pooped when he gets home. My mum has been in hospital again so juggling work, visiting and worrying (TVC has been a diamond throughout and endlessly supportive) Tomorrow is a day off much needed, as is our holiday only about 5 weeks away. TVC needs a break

White first, then red.

It sounds like you guys have earned your holidays. I hope all works out OK with your mum, Lu

She is on the mend thanks but her health is not what it should be for her age. She keeps on smiling and faces life head on and keeps going forward. White then red sounds good, thanks Rocks

 I think I have found out why I thought the 70% cocoa chocolate flakes were way too strong for my liking. The instructions on the box says three heaped dessertspoons per serving, but the website says one heaped tablespoon, not a lot of difference I suppose.

I think a dessertspoon is half a tablespoon, so the packet was telling you to use 50% more...

The wedding was very nice, simple short ceremony, in an interesting location...

Coming back was more tedious than it needed to be, as they changed the destination of our tram half way back, and we all had to get off and get on the next one!

Still, we just had time to nip into Morrisons for some beer, which we're enjoying now.

Men only

I never got that advertising strategy. When they bought out the 'Not for Girls' slogan, I simply thought, right, well, I won't buy any then. Bit of an own goal.

Plus it's not as good as it was, you can bite a piece off without breaking your jaw, and their Easter Eggs don't come in truck shaped boxes any more.
