Don't know about the Tate, but when I was in Cyprus last year the town (Polis) had several murals, thought I took more photos but I can only find this one:
The rather dashing fella is the grandfather of a family that run this restaurant. Artist was comissioned for this as a birthday present for him.

That's a great idea.
My camera came up with this, which is more apposite than first appears.
The Col du VAM is 4800cm high, not 4800m. (Irony?)
It is entirely made of household waste (social comment on our consumer society)
and draws people from all over the North of the Netherlands. (social comment again - pile rubbish high enough and people will come, which is probably something @derrick and I will agree on.
