Taking over the bike shop...

Another big step today: (hopefully) the last big pile of scrap bikes to go out of the store:

These are all the worst examples of the different types of bikes in the workshop; most will be cannibalised to keep others going, but they won't be taking up any more space. The entire bike workshop looked like this when I arrived, but after tidying up for months it looks like this...

I suspect it'll look like that right up until the next truckload of bikes turns up, but still...

On the other hand, I found a possible new bike for Tinybug:

Meantime, I found that when I was taking the bikes to the loading bay someone had found some donated flags and put them over the door:

I'll keep the one on the right, I'll store the one on the left for when @HobbesOnTour rolls by...

Is that a Woods valve on the rear wheel?
And a presta, tube slightly out of position, on the front!
 
That is a big shop!

That's about 2/3 of the upper floor showroom. The showroom is about 1/3 of the total floor space, most of the rest is the workshops and warehouse.
