Even Bromley Massiv's Mr Preston is out elsewhere.
I'm gonna tag along with Mr & Mrs Arallsopp to Brighton instead then.

Hello All, I'm back from a prolonged hiatus. After doing a london to paris last year. I'm back.

And i was looking to do a sunday ride again. Not ready for brighton yet, massively out of form.

Hiya! I was actually thinking about starting the laps up again this week - also massively out of form! Would be great to have company!

Cancel that - it's the Sport Relief London Run today and everywhere 'usual' is fubarred...I think we tried to threadle ourselves through it last year and the whole place was awash with plimsoles and nylon and people with the name 'Stewart' spelled incorrectly on fluorescent yeller tabards.

But I'm still going to Hyde Park - then later, see who is having a rant at Speakers Corner...
