i will be out but i won't be going too far, saving my legs for monday/oxford



anyone fancy a ride up to oxford on monday, i'll be meeting Jay on the way (he knows the way)

probably be an early start 7am...ish train back

Ok a couple of Sunday options me. Forecast for Sunday looks clear and warm with a shower risk in the afternoon.


Southend - 75 miles from DT following my Garmin unless led out by TC1 (go on you know you want to Dave

)- Leave at 6.15am ish, London meet at Oval for 7am. Quick Mcp** then off to make Southend via Rainham Marshes arrive by 10.30 -11ish, quick tea then train home to London for 12.30 back to the DT 13.30 latest.

Ian/Ross - do you have a Southend Route we could follow cos I dont trust my Garmin.


Ian's Knatts Valley Route - 45 miles following my memory if Ian is too pissed. 08.30 depart from the DT Bromley (or we can meet at Bromley South if anyone wants to get the train from London. Nice Kent loop with some ups and downs and some great views along the way. Tea stop in Farningham, back to the DT by 1pm ish

as always I have to be back by 1ish so happy to start very early

I have a Southend route from Dartford crossing, but it's not a pretty one. If you upload the last one you did to ridewithgps, I can download it so we'll have two Garmins to lead us astray. I'm happy with the Kent loop as well - just need to be back by 1pm.
