Replays of Deano scoring the winning goal at last seasons Championship play-off final. (= Dean Windass) still give me a tingle.

It apparently is the most £ valuable goal ever too.

Crash - when the guy aiming the gun at the locksmith and then pulling the trigger as the locksmith's Daughter runs into his arms to protect him... cue slo mo of the locksmith screaming "No!" and the movement to the guy with the gun, and his reaction.... one of the most powerful scenes I've seen, made my stomach jump into my throat!!

Just found it here, I have no sound at the moment on my home PC... but watched it and it still had the same effect almost bringing tears to my eyes!!

When Jess the cat in Postman Pat gets mown down in a drive-by shooting involving Mary Mungo and Midge, and Bagpuss gets implicated,

Bagpuss planned it.

He deserved to go down in a hail of lead like that. These art films
always head towards a simple revenge motif.

Shame about the collateral - Nev, Scooby and the boys.

Marseillaise in Casablanca for sure, but also most moments in films that are contrived to make you cry:blush:

Notable mentions for It's a Wonderful Life and La Vita e Bella, and Simba's ascendancy to the top of Pride Rock in The Lion King:blush:

As for songs, there are just two: Eva Cassidy's Over the Rainbow and Coldplay's Fix You. Both associated with saying goodbye to my daughter who died before she was born.

I agree with:

The Truly Madly Deeply scene
The Crash scene

In addition the scene in Godfather III when Michael's daughter is shot. His silent cry is devastating - like all his energy is escaping his body.

To be honest too many others to list.

Likewise with songs but notable mentions for:

Two Little Boys
I Can't Make You Love Me (by George Michael)
Don't Go Crying Your Heart Out (by Oasis)
Run (by Leona Lewis)
Something Inside So Strong (by Labi Siffre) - just reading the lyrics does it for me.
