I watched the whole race, ad free on YouTube, with Jonathan Harris Bass, Jezz Cox, Brian Smith and Doctor Hutch commentating.
A basically stumbled upon a link within a feed, after another went black.

I can only get the ad infested TNT stream, not the ad free one.
It boggles my mind that say a Sky customer has to find another 30 quid a month to watch as much ad time as race time.
The government really needs to step in and slap some restrictions on these thieves. They are taking it in from both income sources.

Started young, and still going.

Barnet,
They have an ad free feed too, you sometimes have to go into the Sports -> Cycling menus to find it - it is generally the one that finishes slightly later and / or has odd start and finish times (you can sometimes see which channel is which, it will be the one without a number)

Indeed. The ad free feed was on TNT sports, but the ad. version was on TNT sports 1. I found it by going through the sports menu at the bottom of the page.
I did say I wasn't going to pay the £31.99, but,
I now share Disco+ with my son who wants the football so I pay him the £15.99 to share.

Didn't the programme about people inserting strange objects intoi various bodily orifices entice you to take the plunge (or take the plunger as someone on that programme has probably done)?

When I worked sometimes I had to work in A&E on a weekend and I used to hear all the stories of the above. So it isn’t a great enticement especially at £15:99.

I'm not sure how it works for Sky customers and whether they watch it via Discovery + but for me there is always an ad free option even though the default version on the home screen takes you to the ad version. I still wouldn't be paying £31 though, I just got lucky with my EE deal.

This is interesting. Do you get the Disco+ app through the Sky box still?

I've got to say I haven't even tried that option, I just checked each Eurosport channel on the Sky box at the start of March and they had all faded to black

I watch it through the app on my Sky Q box but it still requires the TNT subscription. I have a legit subscription through EE, it costs me £10 per month extra but I got a 55” TV free (I was looking for a new one anyway) so I’ve effectively bought the TV interest free over 3 years and got a free TNT sub

For those of you using Sporza , do you have to register an account etc with them ?
I googled it but it’s all in Flemish or French so if anyone has any pointers I’d be grateful.
Thanks.
