Stopping seat from adjusting on Rockrider 5.0?

The Spoon is very well thought of on here, but it doesn't suit everyone (and I'm one of those unfortunately). They are cheap enough to be worth a try though. Go for the Cro-moly version @NormanD linked to - there is no benefit spending extra on the titanium version for this bike.

@blizeH Thanks for the reply. No I didn't mean the spokes. I am interested in the part of the frame which the rear deraiuller attaches to. The rear deraiuller is the "arm" that moves the chain up and down the rear gears.

I will take a photo of mine at the weekend in daylight so that you can see mine, and perhaps you will do the same. It will help me to determine whether mine is bent or as it is designed.
