Still on winter tyres!

Not got this, my fingers get very dry then the skin splits, especially on my knuckles.
Have to cream my hands to prevent this.

Only reason I changed my good front wheel to a 23mm was because I had to deflate it slightly to get it past the brakes and often took it out for transport and could only seat it at the bottom of the dropouts in one frame but all my other wheels have 25mm and their tyres are used all year round.
