Replacement for crane winter gloves?

How warm do you need (e.g. Reynauds ?) I have some Night Vision gloves, which are super warm, but they are a pain in the bottom as the inner liner fingers come out when you take them off, or you wash them and they are difficult to pop back in. Decathlon always worth a look. Bought some Madison ones from them - been OK, but they have worn on the fingers. Their own gloves do tend to wear well though.

Yea I have a barely used pair and they have sat in the glove pile for ages for the same reasons
