Stiff Transmission after use in heavy rain

I should think so. The old-style BBs tend to last a long time. Anyway any BB won't like sitting in a puddle of water if the BB shell does not have some sort of drain hole.

I have this problem over the years and have normally found the problem to be with the chain. After a good clean and lube the problem goes away.

Got bike back after this evening.....BB was gone, he showed it to me. Felt rough... Do replaced it for. I'm happy with that !
