I do short trips a couple of times a day and this evening as it was raining and my arse hurts from weekend fun i decided not to sit down . The distance is about 1.5 miles each way with a break at each end so no big deal but enough to know ive done it without sitting down .
I cant go fast because of traffic but it seemed to me a good way to get used to the position and build up muscles for those hills .
Any opinions ?
