Deep sleep, woken by oncoming cramp, jumped out of bed to stretch the muscle, got feet caught up in duvet. Fell heavily. Cramp still coming, got up again and immediately fell over again. I don't know which fall did for me.

Some good news -the footpath behind the Sea Cadets , Rowing Club and Hampton Pier Yacht Club can now be legally used by cyclists! This cuts out the hill behind the Hampton Inn for us flat earthers.
