Don't think so but it is worth what somebody is willing to pay. We made scarves like that sometimes to finish up odd lengths of wool which were too small to use for garments. There was too much manual finishing needed in things like that to make it worthwhile. Probably more specialised machinery needed to make it viable. Perhaps I just did not have the nerve to charge a really high price but it depended on the kind of market we were selling to. We could never have got that price selling into what was basically a tourist type market.Could you say the scarf I linked is worth that much? 🤔
