Spring and summer boating type striped blazer to make me stand out from the riff raff...help me decide

It's almost three years since I started this thread and it's also that time of the year when a new stripey blazer is worth considering. I think I like these below. 🤔

The top one is obviously more subtle, even though it would stand out well amongst the sea of black bin bag lookalike clothing out there! The bottom one is er quite bright, but I do like turquoise. 🧐

If you're not up for the brighter colours, maybe a retro monochrome look might suit you, though the second one might garner a few advances from the Friday Night club members if you're not careful!

Having grown up not that far from Accrington I just can’t combine the town and a striped blazer in my head.

Which is good in a way as imagine if say 30 percent of those in Accrington wore stripey blazers. Would I stand out as much as I do now I ask? No, I wouldn't and the attraction of wearing such as striped blazers is to be seen and therefore become the topic of many conversations! 🧐
