Saturday is my slow pace long pleasure ride 20 or 30 miles I try to stay in the 50 - 55 % of max hr while still at 70 - 80 cadence during the week it's 7 miles at 60 - 65 % max hr with a cadence of 80 - 90Don't forget to enjoy your cycling. You don't have to stretch yourself to the limit. If you have fun, you'll be itching to get out and the benefits will come naturally.
