Hows about not actually being 'offended' but more 'put off'?

Yes that would be my feeling. Like if you are in a pub and a bunch of people start rowing or figthing. I wouldn't be offended as such, but it would spoil my evening.

Quite. I was surprised by how many calls from Soapbox to be made more 'secure' were from people who claimed they couldn't resist going there and misbehaving.

Bit like fat people blaming their obesity on the places that sell them food. Get some self control!
