How much are they as tyre inflators ?
I once rode a quiet stretch of road toward Pboro and saw one in the verge. Someone's had a puncture i thought. I rode on and maybe every couple hundred yards or so was another...and another...and another . I saw maybe 6 or 8 of them...it was a while ago.
Musta cost someone a bit to get home at that rate :laugh:

There was one of those cream thingies at Cousins Weekend. Mr R's sister's O/H used to run a coffee shop where such things were used to put cream onto cofffees*....

*A crime in itself.
Plenty of crimes out there. Wonder why nitrous oxide is the choice? Scientifically speaking that is..... Job for Google when I can be bothered.

Just for the record (and I've never used) this drug is the least harmful psychoactive substance I know of**. I just googled it's risks and it's mostly suffocating if you are in an enclosed room, and there is no oxygen left, a B12 deficiency from prolonged abuse and the risks inherent in being stoned - eg accidents.

I'd rather kids weren't inhaling any substances in our local park, but if they are going to do it, that sounds like the right one to choose.

**not that I am any sort of expert.

Having had a couple of cylinders a few years ago, I can say that nitrous oxide is brilliant stuff.
It will distract you from the pain of a dislocated shoulder really well
It was used for recreational reasons for a good long while before anyone realised it would make a good anaesthetic.
