Attain SL does look good. The downside being that it aint carbon I'll have to pop into CRC and see if i can test one

Well... after googling sizes, general consensus is that i should be looking for a 58" frame as they come up a little small.

Ive narrowed down my choices to three bikes from the Cube Attain line up after evaluating the specs closely.

Cube Attain SL - looks like an amazing bike for the money. Its very light and the colour scheme is black and red which ticks many boxes with me! but its not carbon.

Cube Attain GTC Road Bike - Less value for money than the SL as the only real difference that i can make out is the carbon frame & the wheelset - Both bikes use 105 11 speed groupset. This bike is also lighter but 100-150grams difference is negligible

Cube Attain Race GTC - my #1 choice, Its carbon, Colour scheme I can work with. around half a kilo lighter. Ultegra 11 speed groupset. Mavic Aksium Elite wheels compared to the standard Mavic Aksium's on the GTC Road Bike. 10% BC discount brings price very close to the GTC Road Bike which makes it almost a no brainer in a sense

The only people i need to tiptoe around are my parents who will be like "you already have a very nice & very light bike, why do you want another one???"

Anyhoo, im waiting for my 10% BC discount to refresh as i already used this month's one for my garmin 520

The merger hasn't gone through yet. Only announced a few weeks ago, needs regulatory approval.

The 105 11speed group set is a cracking bit of kit fwiw.
