Sorry about that -sounds really painful. You're drugged up I hope - will hurt like hell later..

How did that happen?

Happened exactly 25 hours ago now! I just hit my pedal on a kerb which jerked my bike 90 degrees, throwing me off forward, doing a roll and having my helmet save me from a potentially bad injury - it's quite scratched..

I had my first off 3 weeks ago - took a big chunk out of the side of my helmet - but absolutely no head or neck pain! The rest of me hurt though!

Very hot topic helmet wearing but all I know is that my bonce would've been badly cut at best without my helmet on; and possibly a whole lot worse.

Here's to a speedy recovery for you.

I like Skol

A Minging Manc...
Is this a record; 2 offs in just under 3 weeks?
A couple of months ago I hit the tarmac twice in about 12hrs! Got left hooked on my way home from work in the evening then slid out on a salted roundabout the next morning at about 15-20 mph. Continued the journey both times but the second one resulted in me arriving at work a bit bloodied.....

You need a fosca crash test jersey.
Oh, I have one of those, got it before the crashes. Wore it to work the day after my offs

My missus has banned me from buying one.... She has been through a whole marriage with me on bikes.
