I went to a quaker secondary school, so it was a bit weird and our house names were:

-threadneedle
-shedbody
-beeswax
-snagglepuss
-brentcross
-dripsod
-dingleberry
-schnappsmonk

Oberon, Portia, Falstaff and i can't remember the other one. they were all local road names and related to Shakespeare.

just because i went to a short skirt gum chewing penitentiary school, doesn't mean they didn't have house names :biggrin:

When I first started they were split by the sexes into girls and boys divisions but then we were mixed and became North/South or East/West depending on the aspect of the buildings themselves,
