When I first viewed the vid I had to double take as it had this american vibe being near a beach and people with no tops on but soon realised when I focused on the branded cycle lanes et al.

Are you allowed to video folk and then post it on the internet? The scalping stuff is all a bit daft but at least they were out on bikes. I'm not one of the 'silverbacks' but I think I might be a bit miffed if I was getting picked over like this on a public forum.

You have heard of youtube, right? Actually they are credited for doing so well, in the video information.
Edit: And it wasn't really 'scalping', I just wanted to pass some slower cyclists, that's why I was ringing my bell, then they decided to make a race of it.
