I'll tell you what. There's nowt as good as a good banger.

Bangers and Mash = good.
Toad in the Hole = very very good.
Sausage, Bacon, Egg, Black Pudding, Haggis, Beans, Tomatoes, Potato Scones, Fried Bread = exceptional.

Oh yes,i love them all,but the full scottish? not sure about haggis,iv never tried it,but that one is my favourite

Mash only works with something like a lamb shank and a blackcurrant jus.

You big ponce. Good sausages and nice gravy, with mashed spuds made with plenty of butter and salt and pepper, are the Food of the Gods.

Have you had garlic mash? Mustard mash? Colcannon? Brie Mash? Nice with a bit of sausage.

The Colcannon link mentions a Dutch dish of mash served with a large sausage. Are the Dutch civilised in your eyes?
