That’s it now for the next 10 days. On a side note, the train unions now have a very delicate decision to make. The funeral is likely to take place on 17/18 September and that is next round of strikes; do they carry on with it to inflict as much damage as possible to those wishing to travel to London or postpone the strike action?I get that it’s a very big deal but they’ve chopped the programme I was enjoying on the radio and they’re now going over her entire life. 😠
Make the announcement and pick a channel to flood with the news but coverage on every BBC channel, TV and radio?!

Like many people I have gone through similar experiences to the immediate family so I can vaguely identify with what's happening.
But lets face it, the question that many of us want answered is: Will we get a day off? If not for the funeral will there be an extra bank holiday for the coronation?
RIP Your Majesty.
As others have said, I feel quite emotional, despite not having a strong view on the monarchy one way or the other.
She had a good innings. RIP Your Majesty.
I can't believe how desolate I suddenly feel about this. Like nearly everyone I know and on here, I've never known a time without her.
