They are very good pedals, I have a pair of those that I keep on my second bike.

They are SPD-SL pedals. Therefore the cleats you need are SPD-SL (you can shimano ones for about £9.99). Almost all roads shoes will support these cleats and they will have 3 screw holes in the sole.

No need to buy cleats, they’re included with the pedals

Are those the same pedals? The Wiggle website states “PD-RS500” and the Sigma Sports website states just “RS500”. They look the same. What does “PD” mean?

You will need a thin, bike specific 15 mm, most "normal" spanners are too thick to fit the gap between the pedal and crank arm, have you given any thought to which tyres you are going to use yet? mine of information on here
