Help!

I am having an on going issue with my SuperSix Evo.

The two rear dropouts are different sizes consequently when I put the wheel so it is flush the wheel sits far too close to the drive side chainstay the only way I can get it to sit straight is to have it slightly away from one side and close the QR as tight as I dare. Sometimes its stays straight other it returns to flush and rubs the rear drive side..

The Frame has been back to Cannondale but they deny a problem, or if there is one blame it on the bike having been run with a loose QR which I deny. There are no marks on the dropout that suggests any problem no non smooth bits and all still painted and if the wheel is in without the QR there is full movement loose on one side. The difference at the widest point is around 2mm

Two things should I pursue Cannondale further or is there a simple fix?!

Do you mean the tops of the dropouts are at different heights or that the slots are different widths?

Which side is loose? Some frames have inserts in the drive-side dropouts, but I've not searched for photos of a SuperSix Evo.

No its really weird the wheel is loose in the non drive side plenty of play and when it is seated properly the wheel is at an angle closer to drive side chain stay. It is tight anyway, couldn't run a 25mm tyre even if wheel is straight. Whens its seated properly it is close enough so with wheel flex it rubs the chainstay
