Really TRUE odd factoids

Actually 35 such words according to this https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Category:English_words_that_use_all_vowels_in_alphabetical_order. THat does include 5 which are just adding a 'y' to the end of another, so arguably 30 distinct words.

Only 4 of which I can recall actually having seen used - the two already mentioned plus anterior and adventious
Are you sure about "anterior" ?? x

(I opened your link, and on seeing the words are grouped by initial letter, thought:
"Wow, over half of these words start with "A" - what are the odds?!? ....oh hang on ... 🤦‍♂️ !

Oops, mistype there. Should have been Anteriour of course.

And actually, I'm not so sure I have seen it in action spelled that way. It is apparently an obsolete speling of anterior.

If all 8 billion people on the planet peed into the Grand Canyon at the same time would it fill up?

The Grand Canyon can hold roughly 1.2 quadrillion gallons of pee, if all 8 billion people peed at the same time, they’d only
produce about 4 billion gallons of pee. At this rate it would take 800,000 years of constant peeing to fill the Grand Canyon.

(364/365) x (363/365) x (362/365)....
Repeat for as many people in the room and multiply by 100
That gives you the chance of them NOT sharing a birthday. Subtract from 100 to find any sharing a birthday

...if my maths is correct

(I'm sure it is correct, but ... ) what is the equation if there are 370 people in the room??

Any more than 365 then it’s 100% that there’s at least 1 shared birthday cos there’s only 365 to choose from.

366 people selected at random (there is a leap year) and none of them sharing the same birthday

=1*2*3*4 .......... *365*366 / 366^366

1 in 1.87 x 10^157

which would be quite unlikely

(and I could be wrong but not sure how) odds seem too high, way too high

That would be some spectacle. When you say 8 billion people would only produce 4 billions of gallons of pee, that’s half a gallon each. I need to drink more.
