Pretty sure it's a 'Road Ace', short drop calipers (no room for mudguards) but as I got it as a pretty 'bare' frame I'm not sure. Handling is pretty 'twitchy' but very direct so you need to stay 'on the case' but it is a very light and 'quick' bike.

Yes, you are obviously correct, it's the older version of the Road Ace. It does look like a similar colour to the Record Ace colour.
