This seems a bit like overkill to me unless your commute is a very long one. That said though, the aim is to get as many people out on bikes as possible so if it works for you keep it up!I've always tried to eat properly, rehydrate and take recovery drinks. Since starting nights a few months ago, I have a SIS night time drink - used to be called nocte - before going to bed. Initially it was to try and make sure I got proper sleep, but it seems to iron out the kinks in muscles wonderfully.
