I had to do both my ex-wife's bike and my son's - one a 700c wheel and one a 20" BMX thing
Found both incredibly easy, just needing a tyre lever to start getting the tyre off the 700c wheel and did the rest with my thumbs
I do have a slight advantage in that I fit my own tyres to my motorbikes at home, so a bicycle tyre is a piece of cake compared with very, very stiff sidewall tubeless tyres
