as i say i dont think its mutually exclusive, you can protect from hurt and concussion at the same time. it isnt a choice of wearing a helmet to protect from 1 or the other

If it didn't protect against concussion would you still wear it? Only you seem quite willing to accept knees and elbows that get hurt?

but it does protect against concussion, but yes if it didnt i would still use it, i dont mind having scars on my knees but dont want any on my head

very difficult to look back over anything you have posted as the majority have been edited

So you can't validate your accusation.

Are you now claiming the posts were edited after your accusation?

The time stamp proves you are lying if this is the case

Put up or aplogise!

old hat on left, stickers added for fun factor,

Nothing wrong with those at all IMHO.

no, with the helmet being wider than my face im guessing that will take the impact if i fall

You've really not thought this through at all have you? First it was to prevent you being hurt, then to prevent concussion, then to prevent scars on your head but you use a helmet which doesn't protect the places scars are going to be most visible - your face and chin. You really do seem to be very confused about all this.

no i understand it quite clearly, as you are struggling to get it, im afraid it is you who are confused. I didnt change my mind as you claim, merely gave you more clarification as you requested. This is clearly too much information for you to grasp, either that or you are wrongly claiming me to be confused in a troll like manner, now which would it be?

You do not like people wearing helmets do you? come on admit it, its easier than constantly trying to pick holes and then denying you have issues. If you dont mind as you have claimed why do you question people so much?

Once again the claims do not match up with the reality.... The British Dental Association has expressed concerns over these injuries and id pressing for improved design to increase facial protection as the present helmets fail to do so adequately

But hey, they are only the professional medical experts.....

Again a total misinterpretation, pointing out helmets have limitations and that false claims are made is called "education" and is part of something called an "informed decision". It is nothing to do whether people wear helmets or not, simply that they have the information to make the decision

Unfortunately this evidence often makes people uncomfortable and they would rather close down the discussion by claiming that anyone who dares to question the "helmets will save the world" mantra is doing it because of a non-existent hatred of anyone who wears a helmet then that is a very, very worrying insecure attitude.

I know you don't like explaining your unfounded accusations, but can you actually point out where someone has satated they "dislike" helmets or people who wear them?

oh dear, using large red letters suggests you are angry.

Once again you are misleading at best, notice the question mark? hence a question based on my observations, therefore different than a statement.

I suggest you look up "rhetorical question"
