Working on mine gets harder the nearer to 40 I get. I managed to come last in the local strongman last weekend the local gym put up the 4 smallest blokes still it was a laughOoo does that mean that I will get a six pack? ... .......

Sorry but I'm going to disagree with some stuff in that website.
Your problem is that you'probably sat too far forward, so you need to move your seat backwards to take the weight of your arms.
You need to sort your position relative to the pedals and then adjust the bars to meet you.
Get properly balanced (like a piano player) and you should be able to ride with just your fingertips on the bars.
Don't get hung up with the knee-over-the-pedal-spindle bunk, it's some kind of a start, but no more ....

The saddle should not be set up with reference to the handlebars. But to the pedals. Incase you are doing this!

Thanks it was a big achievement. That was after a Minuit of tyre flips with a 100kg tyre (see avatar) I managed 20 then they shoved the fattest geezer they had in the drivers seat and Im only 82 kg sopping wet
