Big fat zero in prizes for 3 months out of the last 4. With max holding... :cursing:
Not at all impressed with Premium bonds over the course of about 10 years. If March is another zero month, or even a skittery £25, then I will definitely be looking to cash in and invest elsewhere.

They must have read this.
3 x £100 and 1 x £25 this month.
Still not great over the course of the last year or so, so still planning to cash in a substantial amount and let it lose value elsewhere. No matter what you do, it's not going to keep up with inflation, unless you're very knowledgeable about horses, or lucky on the lottery. Neither of which applies to me.

We had 100K in PBs and won nothing for 3 months.
Reduced holding to 20K last month and had 4 prizes in this months draw.
Go figure.

both mini ck`s have premium bonds bought by grandma whos been dead 4 years and we are having a right runaround getting them sorted as i have phoned them, wrote to them to tell them the situation and they still send a letter asking for her signature .

Nothing on the premium bonds either, but at least my Vanguard investment is 'only' down 5.5% on the total invested over 2 years.

I have a SIPP (self-invested personal pension) - One of the funds I invested in is a UK inflation-linked bond. I invested £800 2 years ago as I could see that inflation was likely to rise. So far my investment has dropped by over £250  I don't understand it either.
I never seem to make any money from my predictions. My most recent prediction ( a year ago) is that of house prices crashing, and I'm hoping my Daughter (as a first-time buyer) may benefit from being able to buy her first property at the market low.
