Benny enjoying his favorite catnip toy of many years. He has lost a lot of weight over the last year. Once weighing in at 19 to 20 pounds, he is now down now to 11.6 lbs. In a few days he will turn 16 years old. Still seems so healthy, except for constantly losing weight. about a quarter pound a week for a while now. In addition to kibble and his soft cat foods, we are now cooking him his own chicken to enjoy throughout the day.


Here he is on “his” chair which matches my wife’s. He sometimes lets me sit on it.

Nothing brings him front and center like some treats. He also Seeks me out for some every day at 10am & 2pm.

He lost his 18 yr old buddy, Charlie, right before Christmas. 😥

RIP Charlie.

sorry for your loss in December & your remaining companions weight loss issue. we gotta love them while we have them

Holidays over.
Oscar clearly had the best time!
Enjoyed meeting some lovely people and pooches, made to feel so welcome in many dog friendly places.
Enjoyed walking the Rob Roy way.
Lovely surprise when our friend and his favourite Husky popped in for a visit. 🥰
Enjoyed breathtaking scenery and playtime on the riverbank 😀
Oscar’s favourite Uncle also came down for a wee visit.
The week just flew by!
Our first holiday in the UK and sure they’ll be more to come. 👍🏼

Haven’t posted on the thread for a while, the reason being is that Rossi and Miller have a new playmate
We took delivery of a little sister to Miller (same parents, different litter) and a niece to Rossi just after Crufts. She’s now six months old (although at times it’s felt like six years ) and settled in fantastically. The boys have taken her under their wing, in fact she’s the boss now which is often the case.
