Weekend in the Dales!!! Snow hiking on Saturday, staying in a B&B that night and then bike ride on Sunday, assuming the roads aren't like an ice rink. Seriously excited! And my new GORGEOUS red salomon hiking shoes have just arrived.

Only going on hols to Australia.

If the weather is decent tomorrow I'll get out on the club run if not I'll go for a ride on my wide tyred hybrid. On Sunday I'm still undecided as to ride or watch the old firm game or service my front hub on the hybrid. I'll maybe cycle to my brother, I think he has Setanta, with it being a 12:30 kick off hopefully I'll be home in time to service the hub.

The weather looks like it will be fine here too, so tomorrow I will be out on the bike early to deliver my valentines card and try out my CC kit on a run down to Calshot and back before giving it a badly needed wash and relube. Sunday, Church in the morning and maybe a short spin in the afternoon.

I am spending most of today making papier mache tree stumps around some cheap Ikea stools and some papier mache scabbards for some wooden swords.

It is just like being back at school!

Working tonight, then going straight from work in the morning to do band stuff most of Saturday. Should get a few hours sleep Saturday afternoon then possibly playing for beer in a pub on the evening. Sunday, don't know yet. Probably sleeping all day.

Well, longers, I thought I might meet up with you and Calum in Hebden Bridge on Saturday morning, ride out towards Burnley and pick up PaulB on the way, then continue on through Padiham and Whalley, and eventually to the cyclists' cafe at Waddington!

Sunday - I'll probably be walking on the hills around Hebden Bridge.

Yaaayyyy have done my first big ride since April. Thought I would be a tw*t but was ok, even met a couple of roadies who weren't friendly at all, which is a shame.

I came up behind, said 'Morning, Hi guys etc etc' and got nothing back apart from their sniggers. I believe they didn't want a woman hanging onto their ride. So I kicked up and passed.

What is that about ????? F*cking dicks. Would have enjoyed going a few mile with them.

Now I have a heap of ironing!!!
