I had a toepeak rack specifically for disc break bikes on my specialized myka, but I had to buy a seatpost thing that had space to mount it to. It was quite a saga.
We tried to fit the same rack to my OH's bike, but it wouldn't fit. We got one with a skewer that went through the wheel.

I have a topeak disc rack on my Whyte Cambridge. Fitted with no dramas (I.e. My brother and I managed to do it). But the bike does have rack mounts. I use the fantastic slide on bag with the fold out pannier

However, if the frame is carbon, I'd be wary and use a seat post collar with rack mounts as recommended (finding one the right size can be a pain, I failed on my genesis but was able to use p clips on the steel frame)

A disc-rack will fit but so will a normal one. ....
Use a normal rack.
Correction.
Looking at your photos, you have a carbon fibre frame with no rack mounts but some proprietory "Plug + Play" muduard fittings. You can't fit any bolt-on rack, you can't use P-clips on carbon.
The only rack option is a seatpost clamp-on style.
Consider a Carradice saddlebag.

We're going full circle

I was under the impression this http://www.wheelies.co.uk/p1190/Topeak-Super-Tourist-DX-Without-Spring-Rear-Pannier-Rack.aspx would screw into the threaded holes at the bottom and the top would fasten to the seat post clamp.

Descriptions of rack capability by Specialized are not very useful, so if you can see threaded holes, use them with std rack. If you see no lower holes, use seatpost clamp-on.

2 of the holes are threaded, different sizes, I inserted bolt to show them
I think I should just get the disc one then if it ends up on another bike it will fit, screw the weight, I'm towing 55kg, she can keep up
