What about gin?

We've got a bottle of Tanqueray Seville gin in the cupboard. You could soak your pancakes in that. It's a bit citrussy, so I think it could work?

Pancakes are a bit of a staple in our house as they're an easy thing with which to feed a small child. Blend in some frozen spinach to make green pancakes, a fun way of getting some veg into your kids.

I know there's a bit of a trend for giving your kids unusual names, but that's taking it too far.

Resisted the pancakes at work, then just had two for tea, with an iccle drizzle of Maple syrup.
