My tatty knee appears to have come out in sympathy with yours after being very well behaved for 6 months  Could actually be down to less cycling for me - weather and poorliness!

Ugh. Sorry!
I'm now convinced it was a combination of the cold weather and the walk up the incline.
My knees really hate me walking!

My right one is niggly too, which is a concern...I am ignoring it...I know the left one has issues, but with a job change imminent I am ignoring that to for now

For some reason today my knees are giving me hell!
I've been out two days in a row and more rides previous to that, same distance, between 10-12 miles.

I feel my seat may need lowered a little but I've not done it yet - could this be the cause of my knee pain?
I was intending to go out tomorrow but if my knees don't feel better I will give it a miss.
I have bad arthritis in my left knee as well as a Bakers cyst but it's usually only walking on inclines that bothers it (as well as the cold!)

Ideas anyone?
remember you have an illness which could be related to the issues your suffering - fibromyalgia can kick in and cause issues that a cyclist wouldn't know about or help you diagnose. Be Careful, take your time and know your limits.

casing point being, my partner suffers the same illness. I remember last year my partner waking in up feeling great, decided she wanted to go shopping for the day, had breakfast, got dressed and jumped in the car, during the drive to said generic shopping centre, she became quite fatigued, painful and very sore. next thing i know we've done a 150mile round trip and not seen a shop.

Yes...I'm all too well aware, unfortunately! My physio has tried to get me to pace myself for the last 7 years....hasn't really worked.
If I feel good, I take advantage as I know what may come tomorrow!!

The knee pain definitely felt like my arthritis.
