Went for my booster jab this morning (Wales).
The person who did mine told me that they were rushed off their feet today, having been allocated 300 more to do today than previous days.
Perhaps the publicity about low take-up and increased infections is starting to make a difference.

Just booked my booster for later this month via the web page.
Must say I was very impressed by the web system and the process.
It seemed to offer me one for a few days before my fingers and thumbs rough and ready calc of 6 months but I went for on 6 months and a day after my second one.
Web page initially said that I would wait 5 mins due to heavy demand but I trotted to the front in way less than that time.
Initially it asked for my NHS number but you can give other details.
So - very impressed indeed - am having it at the same south london place I had the other 2 jabs - apparently it is also operating as a walk-in no-need to book place but I thought it best to book.
Well done NHS.

My booster was booked this morning for next Tuesday. Nice and simple, although it was by centre rather than day meaning I went through several centres until I got a Tuesday - which is what I'd prefer.
