I'm building my first road bike up I've got a giant defy frameset and I've ordered a shimano 105 groupset but I don't know if I've made a mistake as I'm new to this and just went of what people were saying.

One of the best value group sets I've ever used. Changed from Sora STi to the 5800 the difference is delightful.
I had 105 on my cube and now have Sora on another bike,the difference is far superior in my opinion,105 worked a treat,smooth shifting just felt great changing gears and pedalling away,made a mistake selling my Cube but the new bike I'm getting is getting the new 105 back on it .
