It is low but my beloved is 5ft nothing and is at full leg stretch with the saddle at this height, this is the compromise that has to be made to get her mobile on 700c's. We have looked at many 'small' framed bikes and this position is standard on them all.

Home at last! The new un and for good measure me old un too. The new wheels I had built for it were mistakenly made with a shimano free hub so awaiting the Campy one, in the meantime a pair of Mavic on Campys with inappropriate blue tubs on. Yes the obligatory radiator shot and the white bar tape is already dirty after the 40 mile fist ride. I will be getting the steerer cut down once I know I am happy with the position although I already think I will change the bars (too shallow) so onto black tape and saddle if that happens. All those that have said it'll fly in comparison to the old one may well be mistaken as it didn't seem any quicker on the first ride but time will tell. Still new bike = big smiles.
