Haha, a fine-a excuse-a!I'm not quite sure what happened there.
My laptop keyboard is dying (no QSDZXC\, caps lock, Alt or left Ctrl keys), so I'm using a wireless keyboard on a magazine on top, which may have been pressing the laptop A-key underneath.
Do you mean 'The ebay ones don't, so it is worth checking'?Yup they usually come with cleats. The one ones don't, so it is worth checking.

So do Look.Shimano pedals always come with cleats and fixings.
FTFY!If you lose one of those you deserve the HOP home.
Wore one pair of cleat so much that the front edge was razor thin and started giving issues clipping in/out (this took many years to achieve as I don't put my feet down much). I have to agree that getting the old bolts out can be tricky, especially when they have been in as long as mine tend to be. The trick is to make sure to dig out every last bit of muck from the bolt head and then tap in a quality hex bit with a hammer. Don't be tempted to use an Allen key as these are often worn or low quality and will round of the recess making removal almost impossible. For the last 8 years I have been putting new cleats on every 9 months or so, the biggest problem is undoing the old bolts.
