I just had a phone call from my mum she had a weird experience in a pub last night and she is a bit worried about a guy she met. She and my dad had gone in the pub on the way back from the vet, their old dog has a rare skin disorder that can be passed to humans apparently and he needed some shots. I thought it was unwise to take the dog into the pub but he had already shoot in the car, she said and didn't want any more mess. Anyway the bloke in the pub insisted on petting the dog and when she saw this got the landlord to throw him out for his own safety and wrote the vets number on his hand so he could get checked out. The 'weird guy' was wearing plus fours she said and I thought he must be a cyclist so I wondered if anyone here knew him to warn him of the danger.
